Returns & Refund Information | The Silk Garden We are committed to providing you with superior customer service, an enjoyable, exciting and safe shopping experience and pleasure and satisfaction with all of our products. And, while we hope there will never be a need to return anything you've purchased, we understand that, sometimes, a return or a replacement will be necessary. Please be aware of the following return and refund policies before sending anything back to The Silk Garden. Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of the item. A return authorization number is REQUIRED, written on the outside of the package, for all returned items. To be provided with this number, please contact us at service@the-silk-garden.com and let us know you have an item you'd like to return. You will then be e-mailed an RMA number, return information and a location address for your return. Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. To be accepted for return, items must be in their original, unused, purchased condition, including the original product packaging, and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Please package your item back into its original packaging with your name, address, phone number and RMA number and please write your RMA number on the outside of the box. ~ No refunds will be issued if returned items are damaged in shipment and/or if they are not re-sellable. ~ Unless due to our error, all returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is to cover the costs we incurred to ship the item(s) to you. ~ Please obtain a tracking or confirmation number and, if possible, insure your return package. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. ~ Include a copy of your receipt in your package. ~ We do not accept COD packages. ~ Upon receipt of your returned item, you will be issued a credit for the purchase price. We do not refund shipping or handling charges. |
