Ordering & Shipping Information | The Silk Garden Ordering online is easy when you use our online shopping cart. Just click on the ABOUT SALES TAX: If your purchase is being shipped to an Arizona address, you must pay sales tax. As the saying goes, we don't charge sales tax, we just collect it. PLEASE NOTE: Your financial and personal information is securely protected. See Payment Options and Your Security below for additional information. When you checkout, please be sure to provide your complete and accurate name, address, phone number and e-mail address (ex: yourname@yahoo.com). You will receive a confirmation e-mail listing the items in your order, the amount paid, method of payment and name, address, phone and e-mail on the order. If there are any errors, please e-mail service@the-silk-garden.com, as soon as possible, so they can be corrected. We want to be sure to send your items to the right person at the right address and be able to contact you in case of a change in the order. Ordering Offline by US Mail If you are not comfortable ordering or using a credit card online and would prefer to mail your order to us, a Mail Order Form is available to print and send with your payment. Before you send this form, please e-mail us first, at service@the-silk-garden.com, for important information regarding sending checks. If you want to pay with a credit card, please do so online. We use PayPal and yes, it's safe and easy to use! Payment Options and Your Security Just add your items to the cart, then click on the Shopping Cart | Checkout link at the top right of each page. You will be given a choice of payment options...just choose which one works best for you. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers through PayPal only. Please don't let the "register with PayPal" message scare you. You don't have to register for a PayPal account if you don't want to...you'll still be able to pay with your credit card. International Orders & Worldwide Shipping Wholesale Orders We offer wholesale/bulk pricing on many of our items. Please email us at service@the-silk-garden.com and let us know what you are interested in purchasing. Shipping Information Silk flowers, plants, trees and wreaths generally ship within 48 business hours (Monday thru Friday). If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, your order should ship by close of business on the following Tuesday. Fountains, garden accessories and furnishings, rose petals, vases, planters and wind chimes generally ship within 7-10 business days. If an item is out of stock, backordered or delayed, you will be contacted and advised of an expected delivery date. You will only be charged for the items shipped, not the back orders. You will also be given the option of waiting for the back orders to arrive or having your payment for those items refunded. All items are shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes nor do we ship COD. PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping rates, as well as free shipping, apply to deliveries to the US only. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional charges.
